Rachel’s love for exercise and health started through representative swimming and water polo. This experienced showed her how important regular exercise is and the social connections it can bring.

Rachel considers herself to be a patient and empathetic person
who will happily listen to your concerns and aims to prescribe an exercise program to best
meet your needs. Working through chronic injuries herself, she can relate to the struggles
these can present but has found exercise to be a huge help.
Rachel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has completed a Bachelor of Exercise
and Sports Science in 2017 and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019 at the
Australian Catholic University. Rachel is determined to continue to grow and learn to improve
her skills as an Exercise Physiologist by providing evidence-based care for her clients to
manage their conditions.
Rachel is motivated to help all clients discover the benefits of exercise. Rachel has experience working with a broad range of chronic conditions and injuries such as musculoskeletal, chronic pain, cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, cancer, mental health, and neurological conditions where she can be seen running our Parkinson’s Disease group
exercise class weekly.

Rachel also runs our falls prevention group class.
She can help assist you under a number of different modalities such as gym-based exercise, home-based exercise and hydrotherapy-based exercise. Rachel services the Redcliffe, Moreton Bay and Northside Brisbane areas. Rachel believes that exercise is the best tool in improving health and well-being and is passionate in being a part of someone’s path to improving their quality of life.

Rachel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Australian Catholic University.
