Claudia’s keen interest in health and fitness first began with playing representative Squash in her childhood and adolescence. This experience in higher level sport allowed her to see the critical importance that physical activity plays in everyday life.

Claudia sporting experiences inspired her to pursue study in the area and a career in Exercise Physiology.

Claudia completed her study at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018, she then went onto postgraduate study, completing a Graduate Diploma of Exercise Science in 2019, which qualifies her as an Exercise Physiologist. During postgraduate study, Claudia took part in clinical placements at Redland’s Exercise Physiology and Ipswich Heart and Lung Health (Ipswich Hospital) which gave her insight into the industry and experience working with clinical patients.

Having built a strong foundation of Exercise Physiology knowledge and professional skills both at University and in practice, Claudia’s goal is to continue to grow, learn and improve as an Exercise Physiologist to provide the best possible care for her clientele.
Claudia has been working in the field as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist for four and a half years with many patients across the Greater Brisbane and Morten region. She has experience working with an extensive range of chronic conditions, including musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory and neurological conditions. These client’s are seen through multiple channels, including Medicare, DVA, Private Health, NDIS and Workcover.

Claudia is a highly motivated, enthusiastic allied health professional, aspiring to practice, acquire and improve her skills in order to promote health across the exercise physiology field.
