A valid D904 referral form is required from your doctor to commence sessions which will include an initial assessment, supervised exercise sessions, programming, and review. We provide services to White and Gold cardholders in line with the current DVA treatment cycle (rules/regulations). Each treatment cycle starts with an initial consultation.

If you have had an accident at work and require therapy to recover our Exercise Physiologists can assist in your treatment. We can assist you if you have a work-related injury impacting your ability to continue working or returning to work, through a Work Cover claim.

You may be eligible for exercise physiology services under a CTP or Workcover plan. Our exercise physiologists will complete an assessment, followed by a carefully tailored rehabilitation plan in line with your Workcover recommendations.

We will help in the implementation of suitable duties and light duties programs. Our staff have completed Return to Work Co-ordination courses, so they understand what is required and how to best navigate through your recovery and the workcover system.

Let's make sure we get you back to work as quickly and efficiently as possible but also ensure that your injury reoccurrence risk is reduced once you return to work.

We provide private sessions which you can claim through your private health organisation. Check today with your health insurer for codes 101 (Initial consultat) and 202 (subsequent consultat) for elegability.
