  4. Realistic: Your goals should be attainable within your current circumstances. For instance, aiming to lose 5 kg in the next 2-3 months is much more realistic than trying to shed 10 kg in a week.

  5. Timed: Set a specific timeframe for your goals. This creates a sense of accountability and allows you to plan your efforts effectively.

Letting someone know about your health journey can significantly enhance your commitment. Whether it’s a friend, family member, or a local or online support group, sharing your goals creates a network of accountability, encouraging you to stay on track. As well as giving you support for those days when you don’t feel up to it.
